What are some common lifestyle ailments?
If your eating habits are related to avoiding food, overeating, fried and sugary foods, you may fall into the trap of lifestyle disorders.
Many of us today face some important lifestyle related illnesses due to not paying proper attention to our health and consuming more than we need.
Obesity
Obesity is one of the most common problems associated with lifestyle disorders. It is often exacerbated by poor eating habits, chronic stress, and reduced physical activity. Obesity can lead to shortness of breath, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.
Heart disease
Heart disease is defined as an abnormal or irregular condition that affects the walls and blood vessels of the heart, causing problems with heart function.
High blood pressure
Stress, obesity, genetic factors, and unhealthy habits—such as a poor diet and lack of exercise—can cause high blood pressure.
The main causes of lifestyle disorders
Lack of Physical activity
Lack of physical activity can lead to obesity or weight gain and can lead to heart disease, diabetes, cancer and other disorders.
Lack of sleep
People with poor sleep were found to have a higher risk of developing high blood pressure, stroke, coronary heart disease and arrhythmias. In obesity, less sleep leads to the metabolism associated with obesity
